School Registration
Dear Parents,
We are honoured to welcome you and your child to the Huron-Perth Catholic District School community. Our Catholic schools are founded on a commitment to high standards for achievement with inclusive learning spaces that proclaim the glory of God.
Catholic education has been celebrated in Huron and Perth counties since 1848 with a tradition of excellence in learning and faith formation. Our classrooms are places of grace where students are nurtured to deepen their understanding of God’s love through prayer and the Sacraments.
The Huron-Perth Catholic School system has three main objectives:
• To nurture a Christ-centred environment;
• To provide student-focused learning opportunities;
• To support the growth of the whole person.
There are few decisions more important than the selection of a quality Catholic school for your child. Our school communities firmly believe in the important bond between the home, school and parish to embrace the needs of your child. We thank you for the faith with which you place your trust in our system.
The Huron-Perth Catholic School system is rooted in progressive teaching and learning to develop creative and collaborative thinkers. Our students are supported with excellent resources, learning technologies and a 1:2 ratio of digital devices. We continuously make important investments in the professional learning of our educators so that the students enjoy excellent academic programming. We are proud of our inclusive focus so that the gifts of all students are valued and guided by an accessible Catholic curriculum.
We extend a warm welcome to you with every hope of great success for your family. We pray that God will bless you with peace and grace as you begin an important journey of faith and learning.
